Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only once goods are dispatched from our distribution facility.
All prices listed are inclusive of VAT where applicable under UK tax regulations. Supreme Goods Ltd reserves the right to correct pricing errors prior to dispatch.

Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery. Ownership of goods remains with Supreme Goods Ltd until full payment has been received.
Manufacturer warranties apply where stated. Extended warranty services, if purchased, are governed by separate written agreements. Warranty claims must follow our official return authorization procedure.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for high-performance components. Items must be in original, unsealed packaging for a full refund.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via TakePayments within 5-7 business days of the item being inspected at our Luton HQ.
Custom-built liquid-cooled workstations and personalized software licenses are exempt from standard returns unless a hardware defect is verified by Thota Natesh’s engineering team.
Our infrastructure is hardened against modern cyber threats to protect TakePayments API integrity.
